What personal data we will collect

• We will collect the data provided by you in the form of screenshots and recordings in the course of testing the app.
• There may be times when we might ask for personal information. This might include your name, age, gender, location, profession and personal preferences.

How we will keep and process your data

• We plan to keep your personal contact details for future communications if haven't opted out of the program.
• We'll keep any personal identifying data that we collect for 1 year (from the date of receiving the data). After 1 year, we will remove any and all personal identifying data from our records, if you haven't opted out of the program earlier.
• You can ask to be removed from the feedback group. We'll take your details off of our lists immediately and you'll no longer receive beta invites or surveys from us.
• Your feedback is only available to be viewed by the internal research team. No one outside the organisation has any access to your data. Your data will only be used to create internal reports to help improve the app.
